Finding your receipts
In the Subscription tab, you can see your active subscription, your billing history and your receipts.
To find your receipts:
- Go to Settings in your Portfoliobox account.
- Click on Subscription.
- A new window will appear, from there you can scroll down and find Your Transactions at the bottom of the window.
- You can view and download the invoice or print the receipt.
Adding your VAT number before upgrading
If you own a business and your company is registered in one of the European Union countries, then you have a valid VAT number which you can add to your receipts when you make a payment.
You can add your VAT number in the VAT field when making a payment.
- Fill in your name.
- Choose your country in the list. If you choose a European country, the VAT field will display.
- Fill in your VAT number.
NB!
To make sure that your VAT number is valid, visit VIES VAT number validation. A VAT number has the following structure: Country prefix + characters (varies from country to country. E.g. Sweden: SE+12 digits → SE999999999999).
Adding your VAT number after upgrading
