Finding your receipts

In the Subscription tab, you can see your active subscription, your billing history and your receipts.



To find your receipts:

  1. Go to Settings in your Portfoliobox account.
  2. Click on Subscription.
  3. A new window will appear, from there you can scroll down and find Your Transactions at the bottom of the window. 
  4. You can view and download the invoice or print the receipt.




Adding your VAT number

If you own a business and your company is registered in one of the European Union countries, then you have a valid VAT number which you can add to your receipts via your admin panel. 


To add your VAT number:

  1. Go to Settings in your Portfoliobox account.
  2. Click on Subscription.
  3. Scroll down to see the field for VAT Number.
  4. Enter your VAT number.
  5. Hit Submit VAT button. 


NB!
To make sure that your VAT number is valid visit VIES VAT number validation. A VAT number has the following structure: Country prefix + characters (varies from country to country. E.g. Sweden: SE+12 digits → SE999999999999).
