I've already elaborated on the value of this but will repeat some of it here in support of my request.
If there is a direct chat section available for interaction between users it can be of immediate value to users and support staff. Particularly whed long time between ticket answers occur due to time zone differences. It is somewhat frustrating setting up to do something, experiencing an issue that requires waiting 24 hours for a response, thus losing a day in effect, when it may be possible another user may have the answer available immediately. Just my input!!
Thank you for sharing this idea to us, we greatly appreciate it. I think this is a good idea and I will forward this as a suggestion to the developers for further consideration. Hopefully, it will be implemented in the future updates.
